Integration with Zoom

Paidlink integration with Zoom allows you to create paid links to Zoom meetings in 1 click directly from your Paidlink dashboard. In order to use a full functionality of Paidlink with Zoom meetings you would require to enable that integration and allow Paidlink to manage your meetings and receive information about your Zoom account. This article provides step by step instructions on the integration of Paidlink with your Zoom account.

 

  1. Log in to your Paidlink account: https://paid.link/signin/
  2. From the dashboard or from your account settings, click on “Connect Zoom” button.
  3. Carefully review the information that Paid.link app is requesting to get access to (App can view information) and the information that Paid.link app can manage (App can manage information).
  4. After allowing Paid.link app access to your Zoom account information and managing your Zoom meetings, you will see your Zoom account email in the Integration section in your account settings (https://paid.link/account/). Now you can create paid links with Zoom meetings directly from Paidlink dashboard.

 

Allowing Paidlink app accessing your Zoom data would enable you to generate Zoom meeting links while creating new paidlinks. Here is the instruction on how to create your paid link to Zoom meeting:

 

  1. Click on “Create a new link” in the dashboard and then “Zoom Link” button (https://paid.link/create/zoom/).
  2. Enter the name of your meeting or event.
  3. Set the date of the meeting, time and duration.
  4. Set the price for participation in the online event.
  5. Provide clear description of the event so that your customers have full information about the meeting prior to making a purchase.
  6. Optionally, click on Payment settings and set additional information that you might require your customers to provide while making a purchase.
  7. Click on “Create” button.

  8. New paid link will be generated. At the same time new Zoom meeting will be generated for your Zoom account. Your customers will get access to your Zoom meeting link automatically right after completing the payment for your paid link. The meeting will also automatically added to your Calendar on the dashboard. Note that you will be able to see your other Zoom meetings in the calendar on the dashboard for your convenience.

  10. You can customise the right half of the generated paid link directly in the text box with the link.
  11. Copy the link and share it with your customers.

 

Please note that you can check the status of your Zoom integration with Paidlink in your account settings or on the dashboard. You will see the email associated with the connected Zoom account. Note that Paidlink app will be able to read information such as the email address of your Zoom account if you allow Paidlink app to access it.
